Farming

The production fields are owned by a total of 205 associates of the Exportadora d’Agris d’Alcanar SCCL, where the cultivation is 100% supervised and controlled by our Team of Engineers to guarantee maximum quality and product safety.

In addition, the fields of our associates are characterized by being in an area with an ideal Mediterranean climate for citrus production, with few variations, with a maximum height of 400 m above sea level, average temperatures between 23º and 24º and a deep soil with a stony texture.

We currently have a production area of 1,073 ha, distributed as follows:

Harvest

The harvest campaign begins towards the end September with early clementine varieties, ending in mid-June with the orange harvest. The highest concentration of kilos/day collected can be found between November and January, with a total of 300 collectors and an average of 300,000 kg of clementines daily.

Handling and manufacturing

In the packhouse we have three production lines equipped with machinery to be able to produce large volumes simultaneously of all types of presentations in the products section.
